Return & Refund Policy

Return: For all VGOTEL Devices, the Returns/Replacement policy provided shall prevail over the general returns policy. The product can be returned or exchanged in the following cases only:

  1. The product is different from what was mentioned on the website or different as per the Customer Order.
  2. A defective/damaged product has been received.

All mobile phones sold at are backed by a 1-year Warranty. Please refer below for information about cases in which Vgotel accepts returns:

  • Non-PTA Mobile Phone
  • Seal Broken
  • Already Activated Phone
  • Repacked Phone
  • Damaged Phone

Refund: Please note that any type of claim must be made within three days of receiving the product by launching a complaint on your VGOTEL account. The refund process is initiated once the customer submits the refund form to the team. The Refund form is shared by our refund team after thoroughly investigating the issue.

We typically process returns within 3-5 business days after the courier delivers the item to our Returns Centre. Once we complete processing your return, we issue a refund. The refund time varies with the method of refund.

In case of order cancellation by the Customer, the processing fee will not be refunded. If an order is canceled, the money will be refunded to a debit card, credit card, or Internet banking account (whichever mode you have used for payment) as per the policy of the merchant. The refund amount takes 15 to 20 working days to reflect in customer accounts.
