Terms & Conditions



By Participating in this lucky draw, you are acknowledging that you accept and understand the following T&Cs.

VGO TEL strives for transparency in all contests. However, any participant who displays rude behavior, makes false accusations, or questions the brand’s integrity may be disqualified from current and future contests.

1. Eligibility & Participation

  1. This contest is open to individuals aged 18 and above.

  2. Only new and existing VGO TEL customers are eligible to participate. Each ticket will be awarded against the IMEI number & CNIC of a VGO TEL phone.

  3. Participants must be residents of Pakistan. VGO TEL will not provide accommodation or transportation for winners residing outside Pakistan.

  4. How to Participate:

    • Answer the questions in the comment section of VGO TEL’s social media posts related to the RAMADAN CAMPAIGN.

    • Buy any VGO TEL Mobile between the 1st Ramadan to last week of RAMADAN. The organizer reserves the right to cross-verify purchase details and may request additional proof such as contact details/email address, proof of purchase, etc.

    • In case of an existing user of VGO TEL, share your IMEI number, along with other required details.

2. Entry & Selection Process

  1. Entries will be accepted till every Sunday at 12:00 AM. No entries will be considered after the deadline.

  2. Winners will be chosen through a computer-generated random Lucky draw to ensure fairness.

  3. Winners will be announced every week on VGO TEL’s social media channels.

  4. If a winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours via the official account/number used for participation, VGO TEL reserves the right to select an alternate winner, and disqualify the winner.

3. Prize Collection & Ticket Conditions

  1. The winner must personally collect the ticket from the VGO TEL head office during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM). The office address will be shared in the inbox once the winner is announced.

  2. Failure to collect the ticket within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize.

  3. The awarded ticket is non-transferable and cannot be sold. Any attempt to sell or transfer the ticket will lead to disqualification and legal action may be taken.

  4. If a winner hands over their ticket to someone else, VGO TEL does not guarantee entry for the new holder.

4. Event Details & Attendance

  1. The game event will take place in Karachi. Winners from outside Karachi must arrange their travel and stay, as VGO TEL will not cover any expenses related to transportation or accommodation.

  2. Customers must attend the event on the date mentioned on the ticket. Tickets cannot be exchanged for a future date. VGO TEL will not accommodate any date change requests.

  3. VGO TEL is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. No replacements will be provided.

5. Winner Obligations

  1. A winner can only receive one prize. Multiple prizes will not be awarded to a single individual.

  2. Winners cannot request modifications to the prize, exchange it for another item, or claim a cash equivalent.

  3. Winners must provide a photo or video documenting the prize distribution for VGO TEL’s marketing and promotional activities across all social media channels. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.

  4. VGO TEL is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. No replacement will be provided under any circumstances.

6. Disqualification & Exclusion

  1. The decision made by VGO TEL is final and non-negotiable.

  2. VGO TEL reserves the right to disqualify any participant for:

    • Fraudulent activities or attempts to manipulate the contest.

    • Behavior that violates good manners, damages VGO TEL’s reputation, or conflicts with brand values.

    • Any other breach of these terms.

  3. If a disqualified participant has already received a prize, they will be required to return it.

7. General Terms

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel participation at any stage without explanation.

  2. For valid reasons, the Organizer reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
